At long last, we are pleased to announce that all of the required municipal development application stages have been fulfilled. On February 9th, the Appeal Committee concurred with the approvals made by the Riel Community Committee.
As a result, we are continuing our ground work with regards to off-site servicing and infrastructure costs as well as detailed site and building design costs. Getting a better handle on this information will allow us give you precise unit pricing information in the near future.
In the coming weeks, we will be updating our website (www.825tache.com) to focus on marketing the project. On the new site, there will be an opportunity for you to comment on size and price of unit that you are looking for along with revised floor plans and layouts.
